HAMBLING CONSTRUCTION SUCCESSFULLY AWARDED ADDITIONAL 2 YEARS IN PARTNERSHIP

Hambling has recently completed a trial project, which entailed replacing 16 bathrooms whilst the homes were being occupied. The basis of attaining the following KPI's was exceeded and resulted in an award of a further two years of partnership with Ribble Valley Homes, in a contract to replace bathrooms, wet rooms and disabled showers with complete finishings.
There will be approximately 70 dwellings per year, with a total value in the region of £600k
We were marked against the following KPI structure
- The length of time taken (individual dwellings)
- Maintaining usable bathroom facilities
- Minimumising noise and disruption to the tenants
- Eliminating dirt and mess
- Response time to customers' requests/enquiries
