Receiving good and relevant feedback from the client is critical in allowing us to successfully programme our work, in order to achieve delivery on time and on budget, it is therefore vitally important that effective lines of communication are open and maintained between not just the contractor and client, but the site operatives, and supply chain members. This ensure that any unforeseen contingencies can be quickly highlighted and dealt with.
